During the Shadow Disk Installaion, our technician will ask if you would like us to store a backup of your password. If you agree, our technical support will be happy to provide you the password upon request. If you do not agree, and have lost your password, your backups will be irrecoverable.
No, your file system, its contents, details, etc. are never sent to any location offline, or online. Your privacy is incredibly important to us, and we want to keep that trust!
